Sherry and Auren met the old-fashioned way, at a friend’s birthday party in New York City. “After the first date, both of us knew this was it,” Sherry told us. Auren proposed several months later on the picturesque Pont des Arts (lover’s bridge) in Paris.
The couple shared a vision of an understated, contemporary celebration, against a backdrop of classic, timeless elegance and romance. Where better than St. Regis New York? This recently renovated and redesigned, grand hotel preserves the storied feel of Old New York.
For the traditional Jewish ceremony, we created a four posted chuppah, elegantly draped in white chiffon, with a lush line of florals along the top. Candlelit blush, cream and lavender rose petals lined both sides of the aisle. Gilt chandeliers and soaring ceilings in The St. Regis Roof, a Beaux Arts Ballroom, called for tall, couture-look centerpieces. Flowers including Cool Water and Ocean Song roses were carefully arranged to create a chic ombre effect, from cream to blush, to pale pink, to deeper lavender. Read More

Check out our newest wedding gallery, Manhattan Classic. This dream wedding at The Plaza was one of our favorites so far this year. We loved bringing bride Marianna’s romantic wedding flower vision to life, with over 10,000 roses. The Plaza’s soaring ceilings and exquisite architecture inspired us to create timeless floral designs with unique touches.
We had so much fun creating bright, colorful summer bouquets and floral arrangements for a wedding inspiration shoot at Gran Electrica in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The vibrant colors of durga-kali’s bridesmaid dresses were perfect wedding-flower inspiration.
Our thanks go to durga-kali for arranging and styling this shoot, and for inviting us to get involved. More to come on the uniquely clever design of these gorgeous bridesmaid dresses!
We just posted new wedding photos in the gallery. You will recognize the ethereal white wedding flowers and floral chuppah, at Manhattan’s Gotham Hall, from yesterday’s stunning wedding video. Stay tuned for even more on this lovely celebration.
Katlyn and Phil’s wedding, at Manhattan’s Battery Gardens, was a study in chic minimalism. When we first spoke with this beautiful bride, she had a clear concept: simple elegance, with a black, white and champagne wedding-color scheme and all white wedding flowers. Her vision was well suited to Battery Gardens, a sophisticated Manhattan wedding venue with a stunning water view.
When we design classic wedding flowers within a monochromatic color scheme, we love the look of bouquets composed of similar types of wedding flowers. For Katlyn’s bridal bouquet we used standard roses combined with garden roses. Textural variation kept her classic white bouquet contemporary. Bridesmaids’ bouquets were composed simply of white mini calla lilies. Read More
