Gathering for Courtney and Nathan’s wedding, guests were greeted with an atmosphere that encapsulated New York style in every sense of the phrase. “The room itself is beautiful, offering 360° views of the cityscape,” Courtney says. “Many of our friends and family attending were from out of town, some had never been to New York City before. The modern bride is not one for tradition. Her personal style is described as fashion-forward, chic, with a bit of an edge. She will choose clean and simple over lace and sparkle any day. From décor to the gown, hair, and jewelry, she keeps to a minimalist aesthetic with a surprising detail, like sculptural floral arrangements, a statement silver bridal cuff, or peek-a-boo slit.
