Everyone who came to our wedding in West Hampton, thought that we had spent a fortune on the floral arrangements. I am certainly not going to be the one to let the cat out of the bag! While planning, Rachel got back to me always within a day or less, my last minute changes were no trouble, and we didn't pay as much as I thought for 11 bouquets, 14 boutonnieres, 18 centerpieces, etc. which fully consisted of calla lillies and orchids. The girls worked really hard on the day to make my vision for my flowers a reality. Everyone loved the centerpieces and Rachel got me a really good deal on the vases, all of which I bought to give away for Mother's Day. Gina, NJ:I could not have been happier with the flower design for my wedding ceremony and reception! The brought to life the picture I had in my mind. Every time I see someone who attended the wedding they rave about the flowers. My entire experience with Rachel and her team was positive. They took time to meet with me in person and they delivered a detailed plan. That sounds simple enough, but several vendors that I met with acted as if this was a foreign concept. When I made changes after the initial meeting everyone was very responsive either with e-mail or phone calls. I had a demo done of my centerpiece, which went well but I did require changes, on my wedding day I saw the final product and I was blown away. The flowers transformed my ceremony and reception venues. My flowers at the ceremony were so well received by the church that they asked my meeting planner for contact information for BFE. They also brought extra flowers for corsages and boutonnières. I also want to say that the team was friendly and kind to me. This is most important when you are dealing with multiple vendors and crazy family. At no time did I feel like just another customer. Throughout the whole process Rachel was responsive to emails and flexible with changes which I was sure would up the price but she never did, amazing. The value and quality of service is literally unbeatable- trust me! A little background on my situation- I was about 5ish wks out from my wedding. I was extremely unhappy with my current florist (who I was under contract with). Everyone said, you need to get everything you want from your vendors otherwise they will ruin your day, so I looked for another florist to help make my dreams a reality. I have expensive taste in flowers and knew what to expect budget wise, but Rachel gave me 10x more than my original florist for over $1000 less. I had the most beautiful orchids, tons of gorgeous roses, you name it! I remember seeing my bouquet and just going, "oh my god." The entire day I sat in awe of my own wedding.
