Our executive team is a perfect blend of creativity, personality and professionalism.

Rachel Trimarco, Founder & CEO

Rachel planned and designed every detail of her own 300 person, Hampton wedding. After receiving several astronomical quotes from florists, Rachel knew that she could find a way to avoid paying premium prices for the elegant floral décor she envisioned. She found an incredibly talented floral designer with over 25 years of experience to execute her floral scheme and used her business skills to negotiate with distributors. She ended up with couture floral arrangements for a fraction of the quotes she received from florists. After seeing her work and learning how little she paid, numerous friends and acquaintances requested her help in planning their own weddings. This gave Rachel the inspiration for a discounted, designer bridal flower boutique.

Rachel studied business management and communications at Cornell University. Her diverse career included financial sales, event planning and television production. After gaining experience in the corporate world, Rachel decided to pursue her true passion, interior and event design. She combined her business acumen, planning and production experience, and flair for design to start Bride & Blossom.

Lindsay Moro, Senior Designer

Lindsay has over six years of experience working in the floral & event industry designing for some of New York's most prestigious event companies and working along side some of the most renown and talented designers in the industry.

Lindsay's diverse experience includes wedding design, floral retail, visual merchandising, designing for corporate & private affairs, as well as floral home décor.

Lindsay brings a fresh outlook to Bride & Blossom and her unique creations are a true reflection of her passion for floral design as well as her natural instinct and talent for working with colors, texture, and composition. Lindsay is a graduate of Purchase College where she focused her studies on art and design.

Tyrene Traverzo, Director of Events

Bride & Blossom is the perfect marriage of two of Tyrene’s first loves: flowers and design. Growing up in an Air Force family, Tyrene lived in regions as varied as South Dakota, Mississippi and Puerto Rico. As a result, she developed an eclectic taste that she still carries with her today, inspired by the wide spectrum of floral landscapes that surrounded her as a child. During those same years, Tyrene’s artistic expression manifested itself in sketches, designing T-shirts as well as deconstructing and reconstructing jewelry into new pieces.

Now, as Director of Events, Tyrene has revisited her love for flowers, managing Bride & Blossom’s stellar team of designers in the days leading up to an event. She also oversees all event-day setups, including designing and executing on-site arrangements herself. Tyrene was a teacher in a past career, and that classroom experience has helped her develop many of the planning and time-management skills that are vital to this role. Most importantly, Tyrene is thrilled to be working for a company in which everyone is aligned on the same mission: to bring a bride’s once-in-a-lifetime wedding dream to life through floral designs that are planned and executed in the most meticulous of fashions.
