“I don’t think anyone thought I was going to be in a ballgown. I knew I wanted something that was form-fitting, a little bit sexy while also being traditional,” BB Featured Bride Dayna says. With her vision in sight, she set out to find a dress that encapsulated her sense of style – modern, feminine, and sophisticated. Part 2: Dress, Bouquet, & Shoes

The process of finding a dress was still full of surprises for Dayna. She recalls, “I started pinning dresses right after we became engaged. I’m a shopping addict but trying on wedding dresses was a totally different experience.” Her mother came in from Boston to help and they devoted an entire weekend to the endeavor. The day before her official appointments, they did a trial run, stopping into one store to try on a few looks. “I recommend this to everyone – it was so helpful to see how the different styles looked and felt.”
