After the rooftop ceremony, guests gathered for cocktail hour to raise the first of many toasts honoring the newlyweds. When Heather first met Amos the Thursday before Memorial Day in 2008, she knew there was something special about him. “I work in the spirits industry and was doing a tasting in the Hamptons during the holiday weekend. I told him that in order for us to have a first date, he would have to get himself a hotel room out there. Finding a hotel in the Hamptons around Memorial Day is near impossible, especially on such short notice. But, somehow, he did it!
