Part 4: Reception Décor, Tablescape, & Vintage Accents
When it comes to décor, few reception venues offer the creative freedom that 26 Bridge does. What makes this renovated metal factory so unique is that it blends New York’s industrial heritage with a modern chic feel. Aerin remembers, “Steven and I fell in love with 26 Bridge immediately. With its spacious, open room, we knew that we could create anything we wanted.” Read More

Part 2: Wedding Dress & Personals
Many brides-to-be approach the topic of wedding dresses with apprehension, knowing that the process can take weeks, even months in some cases. When asked about her experience, Aerin said, “ I was enjoying planning for my wedding so much that when it came time to find a dress, I was beyond ecstatic.” Early in her search, she came across a Pronovias dress in a bridal magazine. “My heart was set on it,” she recalls.” With fingers crossed, Aerin made an appointment with the designer’s flagship store in Manhattan to try the dress on in person. She remembers that special moment of looking in the mirror, “The dress fit effortlessly and I felt like it was meant to be.” Made of crepe and tulle fabric, the breathtaking Pronovias design features exquisite gemstone embellishment along the back trailed by a sweeping skirt. There’s nothing we love more than to see a couple use wedding decor to share chapters from their love story. Table numbers are a great way to add a personal touch to your reception. The idea is not to over do it. You don’t want your wedding table numbers to outshine centerpieces and disrupt the decorative flow you worked so hard to achieve! Rather, they should complement the table atmosphere while expressing your love and personality. For the bride in need of inspiration, we went through the Real BB Wedding archives and rounded up our favorite table number designs.

When we think of winter wedding flowers, we often jump to an all-white color scheme, while in fact there is a wide range of flowers in many colors available in winter to suit any floral design vision. Amaryllis, Anemones, Orchids, Hydrangeas, and Peonies are some of the most popular winter blooms, as well as many varieties of Roses.
Even if you’re committed to an all-white winter wedding, mixing and matching shades of white can make for a stunning array of tones, textures and shapes, from antique ivories to soft creams to classic white-as-snow. Silvery accents of Dusty Miller or Silver Brunia make for beautiful finishes for a monochrome winter wonderland look. Read More
