This week we spoke to our featured bride Marianna about all the care that went into picking her gorgeous Vera Wang gown!

When we asked Marianna about saying yes to the dress, she told us, “I knew I wanted a classic Vera Wang sweetheart ball gown. I only tried on four dresses, and the last dress was the one I went with. I immediately fell in love with the classic design and long bridal train. I knew it was the perfect dress because I felt like a princess.” Not many brides-to-be have it this easy in the hunt for a wedding dress. But take just one look at Marianna wearing her breathtaking Dagmar gown by Vera Wang and you can tell that it was meant to be. Jacqueline & Gary: Modern Enchantment at Trump SoHo

Jacqueline and Gary were married in June in a beautiful ceremony and reception at Trump SoHo in Manhattan.

Running doesn’t top Gary’s list of favorite physical activities. So when he asked Jacqueline to put in a couple of miles after work in Central Park, she thought something was up. Her suspicion grew even more when Gary greeted her with a smile, like he was actually looking forward to their evening run. Taken by excitement, Jacqueline patted him down while his back was turned, looking for a ring box. She found nothing and felt a little silly. “I can’t believe you patted me down!” Gary joked the entire cab ride to the park.
