But if we are going to be honest, it is not comfortable and the thought of wearing it all through the reception is almost unbearable. Well you are definitely not alone! More and more brides are changing into a second outfit for the reception. These looks are still head-turners with a bridal vibe. Bride & Blossom is excited to announce our new blog series “Florist’s Fifteen” where we ask influencers in the wedding industry fifteen questions. We are inaugurating the series with Laura Lambert of Fenton & Co., a new online luxury boutique that sells custom designed engagement rings at an affordable price. Laura is part of a dynamic and experienced founding team that has worked for leading luxury brands including De Beers and Cartier. She describes how they are working to make the wedding jewelry marketplace more agreeable for the buyer. “Our aim in creating Fenton & Co. is to provide a product that is high quality, responsibly produced and transparently priced. Interview with Men’s Accessories Designer Clifton Wilson of Armstrong & Wilson

To anyone who knew Clifton Wilson in high school, it comes as no surprise that he found a career in fashion. He was voted best-dressed by his senior class after all. After years of working in retail and styling at Nordstrom, Clifton had a good idea of what his customers liked to wear. At this time, he also noticed that men’s accessories lacked that one piece a guy could wear to show off his personality. In 2009, Clifton teamed up with Ontario Armstrong to start Armstrong & Wilson, a Philadelphia-based accessories brand offering pocket squares in fresh designs and bold colors. Using the tagline “It’s okay to be a square,” Armstrong & Wilson has revitalized men’s fashion with a modern sensibility and attitude that has been noticed by the likes of LeBron James, Mos Def, Carson Daly, and The Roots just to name a few.
